Knead to Savor is a small-batch bakery inspired by Persian tradition, family recipes, and the joy of sharing something made with care. Based in Atlanta, every item is baked fresh and crafted to feel both comforting and elevated.

My passion for baking began at a young age, in the kitchen alongside my mother and grandmother. I grew up surrounded by the warmth of Persian cooking, family recipes passed down through generations, and tables filled with food that brought people together.

Many of the recipes I use today, including our Persian Love Cake, come from my mom. She is both my inspiration and the heart behind everything I create. Her ability to bring joy to others through food continues to shape the way I approach baking.

Alongside these traditions, I create a selection of baked goods inspired by classic and seasonal flavors, bringing together heritage and personal creativity in every box.

Knead to Savor is my way of sharing a taste of that tradition, reimagined yet always rooted in love.
